WHAT IS SC CLUB?
SC Club is an exclusive and branded apparel subscription that delivers contemporary product straight to your door. All items included in the box are of the Sovereign Code label.
At the moment, we cater to Mens, Boys, and Girls customers. Even though our adults’ line is known to cater to male-identifying, we like to think of the brand as a gender-inclusive label.
WHAT DOES THE MEMBERSHIP COST?
Adult memberships cost $49.99 per season or $179.99 for annual pre-pay
Kids memberships cost $39.99 per season or $139.99 for annual pre-pay
HOW DOES THE MEMBERSHIP WORK?
Once you’ve signed up and provide your sizes, billing information, and profile of choice, we will charge you at checkout. After that, we will ship you your first seasonal package to your doorstep and all you have to do is make room in your closet.
From there, you will be automatically billed before each seasonal package ships, which are 3/16, 6/16, 9/16 and 12/16.
**If sign-up is between seasons, you will be shipped the following seasons box.
WHAT DO MEMBERS RECEIVE?
Members will receive 2-3 items per their quarterly package. The items received may not necessarily create an outfit, but they are meant to help build your closet and elevate your wardrobe!
WHAT DOES THE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
Members receive seasonal packages curated just for them and while active, receive 20% off all regular priced items on www.sovereigncode.com
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Seasonal timelines are:
Spring – March/ April
Summer – June/July
Fall – September/ October
Winter/ Resort –December/ January
CAN I CHOOSE THE ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE?
No, not at this time.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
While we would love to be able to exchange items you’re not happy with, we are curating these boxes based off of the profile chosen. We will gladly replace a size that doesn’t work for you with a different size, and if that specific item isn’t available in your size we will find something as close as possible. Note that you have 15 days after the box is received to email us at email@example.com for assistance.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SIZES?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your desired change in sizes and we'll update your next shipment for you!
Note that in order to affect your shipment, you must make changes by:
2/15 for Spring package
5/15 for Summer package
8/15 for Fall package
11/15 for Resort package
HOW DO MEMBERS CANCEL?
We hate to see you go. If you have pre-paid for the annual subscription you won’t be refunded, but you will still be able to cancel.
However, if you’re interested in cancelling your quarterly membership, please go to www.sovereigncode.com/account then manage subscription.
Please allow us at least one month prior to billing to make these adjustments.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, SC Club is not available in locations outside of the U.S. We haven’t ruled out the idea of shipping internationally, so feel free to reach out and let us know the country you’re in and we can keep you in the loop!
